About the role

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un
représentant service client, pour notre département Opérations Cime Finance, qui jouera un rôle essentiel dans le soutien de notre croissance.

A titre de représentant service client, vous mettez votre passion du service à la clientèle au travail en aidant les clients et les courtiers en vous assurant de répondre adéquatement à leurs demandes.

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous:

Répondre à des appels téléphoniques entrants en démontrant un service à la clientèle hors pair;
Répondre de manière efficace aux demandes reçues, par téléphone et par écrit, provenant des clients et des courtiers, et en assurer les suivis;
Offrir une expérience agréable, sécurisante et facile à nos clients et courtiers;
Mettre à jour les polices de remplacement selon leur évolution;
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes pour mener à bien les activités du département.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit:

Diplôme d'études secondaires (ou l'équivalent)
Toute formation pertinente avec expérience en service à la clientèle sera considérée
Expérience dans un environnement de centre d'appel (un atout)
Souci du détail et d'efficacité
Excellentes compétences de communication tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit

- Être orienté client

Autonomie, dynamisme, esprit d'équipe et être orienté client;

Bonnes connaissances informatiques

Suie Microsoft Office et autres
Bilinguisme (français et anglais) un atout.
