We are currently looking for an Analyst to join our Business Advisory team in Montreal.

Primary Responsibilities:

Gathering financial information;
Performing detailed analyses of financial statements and other financial reports;
Executing financial due diligence mandates which include the preparation of data books, assessing the quality of earnings and working capital requirements;
Assisting partners and other team members in the preparation of reports;
Preparing, maintaining and updating financial models and financial projections;
Keeping partners and other team members informed, on an ongoing basis, of progress and significant issues.

What you need to succeed:

Professional designation (CPA, MBA, CFA, CBV or CIRP) is preferred;
3+ years of public accounting experience;
Experience in due diligence, an asset;
Advanced knowledge of financial analysis;
Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
Ability to learn and succeed in a fastpaced environment;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong time management skills and ability to cope with changing priorities and strict deadlines.
