Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting project managers and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

This is a vital role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.


Responsibilities:


  • Review all material lists created by PM for all jobs
  • Ensure material is in stock
  • Order material as required
  • Source new material as necessary
  • Source new suppliers
  • Maintain master list of material with pricing
  • Prepare and maintain master material lists/by client
  • Receive all deliveries and stock shelves
  • Inventory Management
  • Order all specialized items
  • Follow up with clients for approvals
  • Assist with scheduling of all work
  • Assist with sourcing and recruiting new contractors
  • Follow up with Subcontractors schedules to ensure work completion
  • Issuance of all work orders with detailed work instructions
  • Assist with trade concerns
  • Schedule and coordinate all deliveries
  • Provide site notices
  • Dispatch material when Warehouse unavailable
  • Prepare daily materials as required
  • Manage & Prepare daily work for Delivery/Warehouse staff

Pay:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
