Barista
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team.

As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences through your expert coffee-making skills, attention to detail, and friendliness.

Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, teas, and other beverages, while maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere in our café.

Key Responsibilities:

Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, and more
Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their coffee experience.
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments.
Keep the café area, including the serving counter, espresso machine, and workstations, clean and organized at all times.
Monitor and stock inventory of supplies.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including taking orders, preparing beverages, and serving customers in a fastpaced environment.
Comply with all health and safety regulations, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
Flexibility to work shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Physical Requirements:

The role may involve standing for extended periods.
Lifting and carrying of supplies and equipment
Ability to work in a hot environment near espresso machines and coffee equipment.
