    As a Senior Director on the Product Management team (Content & Data Platform), we will provide you with challenging work, strong support, and empowerment.

    You will help retail and consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies across North America turn their digital merchandising content into shopper-intent driven experiences that inspire and influence millions of shoppers each week.

    Reporting into Flipp's Executive Product Leader, you will be responsible for leading Flipp's Data, Content, and Platform Domains.

    This is a leadership role that requires deep product management experience, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to work with cross-functional peers and the executive team.

    Manage a team of 2-5 Product Directors and Managers and an organization of up to 80 team members including product, analytics, product marketing, and operations team members.

    To ensure strong product lifecycle management, you will champion and implement modern product management techniques in Data, Content, and Platform oriented teams.

    Inspire and implement a culture of collaboration, transparency, high performance, and inclusion.
    8+ years of product leadership experience building and growing a material line of business (ideally
    ~$5+ years of people leadership experience including recruiting and managing a team of product managers and directors.
    ~ Experience managing executive relationships and aligning C-suite leaders to your vision.
    ~ Exceptional knowledge, skills and experiences related to software product management including experience with multiple frameworks and approaches (worked on both B2B and B2C products is a plus).
    ~ Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and successful experience in planning out product releases: you understand the Agile methodology and thrive in Agile environments where you work closely with design and engineering teams.
    ~ Excellent capability of translating customer and business needs into technical requirements and sharing product vision with both technical and non-technical team members.
    ~ Proven track record of hiring, building and growing a high-performing team.
    ~ High emotional intelligence with a proven ability to create lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders and a strong ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.
