Build your future at Minto

Since 1955, we've been proudly building better places for people to live, work, and play, one home and one relationship at a time.

To us, it's all about special moments — like the thrill of a new apartment, the pride in owning a first home, or a growing investment partnership.

We recognize this continues with great employees, like you, and would love for you to join us on our mission.

At Minto, we welcome change, celebrate new ideas, and provide you with the resources, professional training, and diverse opportunities to grow your career.

Minto is on the hunt for an enthusiastic and dedicated leader to champion our projects in the Greater Toronto Area, including Oakville and York Region.

As a Sales Representative, you will have a unique chance to evolve with our dynamic team and initiatives.

Stationed at our brand-new Presentation Center you'll be the key player in nurturing bonds with the local community and prospective homeowners.

If you have a keen passion for real estate, are adept at quickly mastering new skills, and value open communication, accountability, and modern technology, you might be the perfect fit.

We're seeking someone who thrives on building relationships and is a diligent, goal-oriented individual eager to invest their enthusiasm into a fulfilling profession.

In this role, you will:

  • Have a regular presence at our various presentation centers in the Greater Toronto Area to oversee appointments and presentation of the space;
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of onsite Sales Tools (i.e., AVID info, creation of sales package/ welcome package, coordination of marketing pieces)
  • Be responsible for all CRM (Salesforce) data, including input, reliability, and system functionality;
  • Prepare new communities for launch in the system;
  • Assist in the preparation of new products for release and anticipate future releases and planning;
  • Facilitate blackline/marketing plan changes/corrections and communication;
  • Coordinate sales office set up and maintenance, including technical set up, fixtures, and delivery/setup (coordination with Marketing);
  • Conduct onsite meetings with the Sales team to discuss CRM leads and lead management;
  • Work with the Director of Sales on quarterly targets and reporting;
  • Review of APS, Condo Docs, and related documents for new community launch and manage changes/updates;
  • Monitor incentives and present ideas for proposed changes or special promotions;
  • Support all customer experience initiatives, including but not limited to managing customer escalations and finding resolutions; managing external communications, fielding calls, and providing customer support;
  • Liaise with various suppliers and vendors for all Sales/Marketing needs;
  • Assist with communication between internal/external stakeholders such as sales reps, solicitors, external brokers, and service providers;
  • Ensure all assigned processes are documented, relevant dates are tracked, and transaction files are maintained;
  • Support with gathering and maintaining market data;
  • Manage special projects as required;
  • Other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

We would like you to have:

  • A Real Estate license is an asset
  • Minimum of 23 years of real estate experience, preferably in new home sales with a strong understanding of the real estate process and affiliated documents
  • Microsoft Office all apps, particularly Word, Office, Excel, and Teams
  • Exceptional customer service skills are a must
  • Ability to commute to site locations across the Greater Toronto (and surrounding) Areas
  • Minto is an equalopportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible environment. We are dedicated to building a workforce that reflects the diversity of the community in which we live, including those with disabilities. Should you require accommodation or support in any aspect of our recruitment and selection process, we will work with you to meet your needs._
