This is an interview position.

GENERAL SUMMARY To sell FedEx Services to both 'new' and 'existing' customers (primary focus:
net 'new' potential) with the key deliverable of achieving assigned revenue objectives (as measured and determined by FedEx). Acts as team lead and assists manager in providing coaching/training/etc. to junior/new staff members and assumes responsibility for additional tasks/duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Educational Requirements

Post Secondary:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Related Experience Requirements
Minimum number of years required for entry to this job

  • Sales 1 year
  • FedEx Sales or Inside Sale
Other specific mandatory experience requirements
Technical Skill Requirements

Solid knowledge of the following:

  • Knowledge of selling FedEx services (preferred)
  • FedEx features of service, billing systems, pricing structures, invoice adjustments

Computer literacy and proficiency:

  • Microsoft Excel basic
  • Microsoft Word basic
  • Microsoft Power Point basic
  • Microsoft Outlook standard
  • Sales Force Automation preferred
