**RÉSUMÉ**

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Soutenir le superviseur pour assurer le bon déroulement de la ligne de prélèvement.
- Participer à toutes les activités de prélèvement, d'emballage et d'expédition.
- Assurer l'exécution de la préparation des commandes (bon produit au bon client, au bon moment, à un prix inférieur).
- Coordonner avec les superviseurs la préparation des boîtes et du matériel isolant nécessaires à la préparation des commandes.
- Communiquer avec le personnel sur la ligne et le soutenir.
- Intervenir directement sur la ligne pour maintenir un haut niveau de précision dans le cycle de préparation des commandes.

**COMPÉTENCES & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Expérience de la supervision dans un environnement d'entrepôt/logistique.
- Bilinguisme, français et anglais, écrit et parlé.
- Solides compétences en leadership et en gestion des personnes.
- Excellent sens de l'organisation et de la gestion des priorités.
- Rigueur et souci du détail.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement froid (4°C).

**SUMMARY**

Reporting to the shipping/receiving Supervisor, the picking Assistant Supervisor is involved in the planification and the coordination of the picking activities. His main responsibilities are to support the Supervisor to ensure an efficient flow on the line. Moreover, as a key player of the picking leadership team he also act directly on the line to support and coach the Associates.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the Supervisor for ensuring the smooth flow on the picking line
- Be involved in all the pick pack and ship activities.
- Ensure the execution of order preparation (good product to the right customer, at the right time, at a lower price).
- Coordinate with the supervisors the preparation of boxes and insulating material necessary to prepare the orders
- Communicate with staff on the line and support them
- Intervene directly on the line to keep high level of accuracy in the order picking cycle

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in supervision in a warehouse/Logistics environment.
- Bilingualism, French & English, written and spoken.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent sense of organization and priority management.
- Rigorous and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a cold environment (4°C).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
