The Role

Tasks involved:
- Preparation of appraisal reports using the latest market information obtained from various internal / external sources.
- Develop cash flow projections to be used in the appraisal process, primarily using Excel.
- Conduct research and collect data from both internal database and thirdparty sources with respect to market rental rates and comparable building transactions.
- Perform property and building inspections along with senior staff.
- Ensure data collected as part of ongoing assignments is researched thoroughly.
- Maintain and update real estate market statistics and sales transactions.
- Continuously upgrade the level of knowledge of market and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- University degree in a related discipline (Business, Geography, Urban Development, Planning, etc.)
- Meet the minimum annual educational requirements as specified by AIC (course fees included in compensation)
- Related work experience required
- Good research, quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word and Excel
- Good communication skills interpersonal, report writing
- Strong attention to detail is required and will be the measurement of success
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Ability to take initiative and be resourceful
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Selfmotivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty and ethics
- Willingness to travel locally
- Valid driver's license.
