The Role

Tasks involved:


  • Preparation of appraisal reports using the latest market information obtained from various internal / external sources.
  • Develop cash flow projections to be used in the appraisal process, primarily using Excel.
  • Conduct research and collect data from both internal database and thirdparty sources with respect to market rental rates and comparable building transactions.
  • Perform property and building inspections along with senior staff.
  • Ensure data collected as part of ongoing assignments is researched thoroughly.
  • Maintain and update real estate market statistics and sales transactions.
  • Continuously upgrade the level of knowledge of market and industry trends.

Qualifications:


  • University degree in a related discipline (Business, Geography, Urban Development, Planning, etc.)
  • Meet the minimum annual educational requirements as specified by AIC (course fees included in compensation)
  • Related work experience required
  • Good research, quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word and Excel
  • Good communication skills interpersonal, report writing
  • Strong attention to detail is required and will be the measurement of success
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Ability to take initiative and be resourceful
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Selfmotivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty and ethics
  • Willingness to travel locally
  • Valid driver's license.
