Responsibilities:


  • Maintain an uptodate campaign calendar and communicate with internal stakeholders
  • Tracking and reviewing campaign metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis to identify growth opportunities
  • Support overall marketing strategy and execution to hit internal growth goals and business KPIs
  • Maintain CASL compliance through data integrity and list health management
  • Lean into the role of Pardot admin and be the internal expert on everything Pardot
  • Work with marketing operations manager to grow and scale automation capabilities
  • Liaise with internal Salesforce admins to generate understanding of key contact fields and optimize bidirectional data flow
  • Keep uptodate with marketing automation/management best practices

Qualifications:


  • College Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field, such as Digital Marketing, Web Design, or User Experience
  • 25 years of experience in a related field
  • Possession of a College Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field, including but not limited to Digital Marketing, Web Design, or User Experience
  • Proficiency in using Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs) like Marketo, Hubspot, or Pardot
  • Previous experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with a preference for familiarity with Salesforce, which is considered an asset
  • A track record of successfully launching, measuring, and optimizing crosschannel marketing campaigns across various technologies, including ESPs and CRM systems
  • Possession of certifications in Marketo, Hubspot, or Salesforce is an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • Knowledge of deliverability best practices and experience with deliverability platforms, such as 250ok, is considered an asset
