Key Job Responsibilities

Data input using EPIC, Word and Excel
Maintain, organize and update client files including use of electronic document storage software
Communicate with adjusters with respect to open claims
Process all incoming mail in a timely fashion
Receive and report minor new claims from clients
Assist Personal Lines Claims Advocates with workload as required
Complete special Claims projects as required

Education and Experience Requirements

Completion of postsecondary education; Business Insurance program an asset
RIBO, CAIB or CIP designations an asset or courses completed towards designations
RIBO designation a requirement to be attained within 6 months of starting role
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management and organization skills
Ability to multi‐task between a variety of tasks, projects, and deadlines
Comprehensive and effective verbal/written communication skills
Client service and/or advocacy experience
