Work Arrangements:

We are currently working remotely, and we will be moving to a hybrid model when our office renovation is complete (approximately November 2023), coming into the office a minimum of 2 days per week, every other week on designated days.


The Opportunity:

We are looking for 4 part time dental and health adjudicators to join our growing team at Equitable Life of Canada.

The Dental/Health Claims Adjudicator is responsible for processing dental/health claims.


What you will be doing:


  • Process dental/health claims and predeterminations accurately in a timely manner within established service standards
  • Identify and resolve claim situations in a timely manner, through consultations with a Senior, Manager, or other departments within the Group division
  • Work with the Investigative Claims Unit to identify suspicious claims and alert the department
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes
  • Additional basic tasks within dental/health, as required
