What you bring


A Data Entry Specialis
t who appreciates and adheres to the need for accuracy and efficiency in inputting, maintaining, and updating data into computer systems or databases.


What you'll do

Reporting:
Generating reports from databases or systems. Review and verifying data for accuracy and completeness. Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets.

Documentation:
Sorting, organizing, and filing paperwork or documents.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure that data entry procedures and policies are followed. Identify and report any errors or inconsistencies in data.

Communications:
Respond to data inquiries or requests from other team members or departments


What you've got

  • 2+ years of experience in a data entry position
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly. MS Dynamics experience is an asset.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and willingness to learn and grow outside the assigned duties.
