- Compensation: $17 $22/hr depending on experience. Merit review 6 months after start and annually thereafter.
- Shared extended health and dental benefits after 3 months of service (70% paid by A1), 100% paid benefits after 1 year
- Participation in RRSP plan after 6 months
- Paid Training
- Responsible for the collection of accounts receivables
- Determine suitable repayment plans based upon the consumers financial situation
- Effectively gather information to readily address disputes or billing errors
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience in collections or customer service industry is an asset but not required
- Bilingual (Spanish) is an asset but not required
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills both conversationally and written
- Positive attitude
- Ability to negotiate in a tactful and diplomatic manner using superior oral and written communication skills
Job Types:

Salary:
$17.00-$22.00 per hour
