THE OPPORTUNITY:


The Business Systems Analyst, HCM is an integral team member of Atlantic's Transformation Management Office responsible for leveraging technology to revolutionize our core capabilities to maximize business outcomes.

This role will join a growing team that will contribute to the digital delivery portfolio within Atlantic. Our technology projects underpin Atlantic's digital strategy, which is focused on systems, data, and automation.


The Business Systems Analyst, HCM is technically savvy with a thorough understanding of HR processes and experience in implementing UKG Pro.

This role will be responsible for HCM systems configuration and administration and provide ongoing support to help drive changes to increase adoption and automation and to ensure all system matters surrounding day-to-day HRIS matters are addressed in a timely basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Own UKG Pro configuration, deployment, and organizational change activities. Conduct unit testing for all configurations and lead user acceptance testing as a test coordinator. Monitor efficacy and adoption, identify problems proactively, and surface opportunities to enhance or scale solutions to better support business needs and to improve the efficiency of the system of record control.
  • Collaborate with HR and internal/external IT partners to research and analyze current state system capabilities and define technology solutions options and recommendations. Perform business rule analysis, analyze enhanced requirements, and create process documentation, diagrams, and feature specifications to ensure effective and efficient HR operations and data management.
  • Monitor UKG Pro new features and advocate for appropriate adoption plans. Provide daytoday support, enduser troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management. Perform routine break/fix support and regression testing and support the inbound/outbound interfaces to the system.
  • Assist with any ad hoc project needs as necessary.
  • Lead change management and transition of projects to businessasusual activities.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:


  • University Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related major.
  • 5+ years relevant experience as a Business Systems Analyst in HR Systems, preferably UKG Pro.
  • 5+ years of technical expertise and experience with Data Analytics, Data Extractions, Transforms & Loads (ETL), Data Mapping, and writing complex SQL queries.
  • Experience in business analysis, including elicitation and management of business requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships to obtain consensus and engagement among multiple partners.
  • Experience in a technical support and/or software development role preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Selfmotivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountability.
