Adamson Systems Engineering is a vertically integrated, mixed-mode manufacturer with an extensive range of modern production technologies located in beautiful Port Perry, Ontario. Adamson manufactures high-end live performance audio equipment for concerts and on-stage performances worldwide.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Manage system production schedules.
  • Evaluate and monitor parts inventory quantities.
  • Interact with suppliers/sub contractors as required.
  • Continually evaluate MRP manufacturing and purchase part leadtimes.
  • Review, and provide advance notice of capacity constraints.
  • Assist in the enhancement of ERP/MRP functionality.
  • Ensure customer and production needs are aligned.
  • Ensure ERP/MRP is synchronized with work centers and warehouse.
  • Report to the sales & senior management teams

Minimum Requirements:


  • College or University degree/diploma and at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing
  • Minimum of 5 years in MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and scheduling (Optimizing manufacturing sequences) with ERP Software
  • Experience with Software systems such as Open ERP (Odoo), SAP, MS Dynamics GP, NetSuite, Epicor, SAGE or any other ERP system
  • Advanced MS Office experience
  • Experience working in a Lean manufacturing
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
