We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
ERP Project Manager to join our team.

As an ERP Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the planning, implementation, and successful execution of enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about project management and has a strong background in ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Lead and execute ERP implementation projects from initiation to closure.
Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather project requirements and expectations.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively manage and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the successful deployment of ERP solutions.
Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.

Team Leadership:

Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 to 7 years of experience in project management.
Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects from initiation to closure.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with business processes.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a strong asset.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
