About the role
We're looking for a Manager, Technology, to join our growing team


What you'll do here:


  • Coach and inspire a multidisciplinary team with roles related to research, creation, design and conception of IT Service Management (ITSM) governance processes and standards.
  • With your team, work to develop ITSM maturity that brings new value to internal customers and help us develop stronger level of governance around IT Service Management Standards with a continuous Improvement mindset.
  • Collaborate with your counterparts in management on the implementation of strategies, the establishment of objectives and performance indicators, the definition of roadmaps and the planning of ITSM Demand for delivery.
  • Document and maintain KPIs.
  • Review processes and required improvements.
  • Inspire and promote collaboration.
  • Build a network across the organization to facilitate the achievement of the ITSM roadmap, coordinate deliverables and prioritize features.
  • Develop and maintain intake processes and plans, identify deadlines, estimate the necessary resources and ensure the organization and optimal allocation of talent.
  • Lead recruitment, mentoring, oneonone meetings, performance reviews and individual career and development planning.
  • Anticipate and manage problems and take the necessary actions to resolve them, act proactively to remove obstacles.
  • Participate in the definition of policies, procedures and best practices in terms of ITSM strategy.
  • Promote best practices for user experience.
  • Provide leadership in a fastpaced, customercentric environment, with the ability to develop and coach your team to enable them to achieve their goals.
  • Understand and translate business needs and opportunities into impactful strategies as well as promote the benefits of the experience to internal stakeholders and business partners.

What you bring to the table:

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience in managing professionals.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in the area of IT Service Management and ITIL.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to be influential.
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Organized and able to work well in a changing environment.
  • Can lead teams of diverse experts.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skill.
  • Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
