Reporting to Director, Sales (Walmart), this position will liaise with all facets of Saputo Supply Chain (Demand Planning / Supply Planning), Customer Service, Distribution and Sales in order to provide maximum service to key retail customers.

The role involves continuously improving our service levels through better collaborative forecasting, supply chain and logistics analysis with a heavy focus on supporting and collaborating with the Walmart Account Team.

Supporting the Walmart Account Managers to forecast, share information, address issues and concerns, review performance and lead initiatives to improve in both DSD & Warehouse business
Responsible for maximizing store in-stocks, event and order management, execution of new and discontinued items, reducing wastes, reporting and analytics at Walmart
Review of customer KPIs, including on time delivery, fill rate, and non-compliance. Maximize sales through optimal on shelf availability and maintain optimal customer inventory and pipeline levels
Supports and maintains Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.s quality standards

2-3 years of Supply Chain and/or Sales support experience related to the dairy, food or consumer packaged goods industry.

Data hungry and efficient data processor yet still see the big picture in analyzing or solving complex issues.
Ability to thrive in a highly manual MS Excel based work environment
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel (e.g., Advanced Walmart Retail-Link experience will be considered an asset
2+ years' experience in CPFR/replenishment considered an asset
Solid experience in developing and providing accurate reporting.
Bilingual English / French is considered an asset
