Description
Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Manager, ERP Platform Technology on a permanent basis.


Who we are:


What you'll do:

You will oversee all JDE and 3rd party tool environments servers and upgrades.

As part of that, you will liaise with the other ERP Manager to ensure all interdependent tasks are well-coordinated and completed on time.

You will also lead a team of system administrators and developers in their daily activities.

  • You will work with our Application Managed Services provider to ensure activities are followed and terms of contract and Service Level Agreements are met.
  • You will lead the planning of any system upgrades or technology changes to ensure no unscheduled outages or downtime impact end users.
  • You will oversee all ERP system servers (AIX, Linux, Windows) and plan upgrades. This will include overseeing server performance, tuning, and monitoring.
  • You will lead the periodic review and audit of the security setup in JDE.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Information Technology and:

  • You have a Degree in Computer Science or Business (with preference for Finance or Accounting majors)
  • You have a minimum of 8 years of relevant progressively responsible experience. Specifically, direct JDE experience, preferably in the retail industry, including at least two fullcycle implementation experiences.
  • You have a demonstrated understanding of JDE Enterprise One Architecture, experience in the development of JDE functional and technical specs, and an understanding of SDLC, PMBOK, and AGILE methodologies.
