Sub-Contract Cleaner - Maple Ridge/Mission

Presently we are seeking sub-contract cleaners with commercial and residential cleaning experiences for various locations in Maple Ridge/Mission area.


This is a sub-contract position where you have your own company, equipment and labour and we contract work to you.

Work is performed outside business hours.


Responsibilities

  • General cleaning, including, but not limited to: Trash removal and dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices, conference rooms
  • Completing work to the standard
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Specific duties may vary depending on the List of Specifications required by the client on location
  • Timely reporting of completed task and any issues encountered during cleaning

Qualifications

  • Experience with commercial and residential cleaning
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Punctual, reliable and excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to provide your own cleaning supplies
  • Valid WHMIS Certificate
