What will you do?

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work in partnership with colleagues across HR and COE's to advance the talent agenda and ensure the successful execution of annual cycle processes through planning, project management, training, reporting and analysis

These initiatives include:

  • Talent Review
  • Succession Management
  • Compensation and Annual Performance Cycle
  • Employee Engagement, including management of employee surveys
  • Recognition programs
  • Rotational Leadership Development Program management
  • Diversity and Inclusion data analysis, action tracking and reporting
  • Support of these initiatives include:
  • Coordinate and consolidate business unit information on key initiatives to produce regular business group updates
  • Lead analysis, research and documentation of HR metrics, annual cycle processes and general demographic data as we strive to gain insight from various data sources. Generate ideas/hypotheses on data to examine and demonstrate curiosity regarding key drivers of our workforce
  • Prepare summary presentations and documentation for review by various leadership teams
  • Provide leadership and support on projects. Gather and connect pieces of information to improve HR metrics and link projects and programs thematically.
  • Provide change management and project management support to initiatives that are unique to the business.
  • Prepare regular reports, synthesize and analyze data, information and evidence and draw meaningful conclusions. Delight partners by providing insights they did not have previously.
  • Interacts with managers, leaders and executives as required, often on unplanned questions and scenarios
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and managers within assigned business areas and provide support on talent requests such as job evaluations, development programs, answering questions, etc.

What do you need to succeed?

  • The incumbent will be able to effectively and successfully navigate in a fastpaced matrix organization with multiple stakeholders by prioritizing work requests and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills and advanced MS Excel functionality (including Vlookup and pivot tables) and ability to compile, review, prepare and present data.
  • Knowledge of various Workday reports
  • Excellent research skills and resourcefulness, including an orientation to be informed through data
  • A balance of strategic and tactical strengths with strong planning/project execution skills and the ability to operate effectively in both structured/ambiguous situations and under directed/selfmanaged conditions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to flex to different styles and challenge the status quo constructively
  • Strong consulting skills, ability to listen, ask good questions and develop solutions.
  • Highly organized to manage large amounts of data and information and compile appropriately for tracking and reporting.
  • Advanced level of English and French required for Quebec applicants interactions with Englishspeaking customers or partners

Education and Experience:


  • University degree, with emphasis in a field related to an HR discipline and/or CHRL designation
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience with a particular emphasis on reporting, data review/analysis, strategy development, project leadership, management, and execution.
