About the opportunity...

As a key part of the operation, this role is responsible for coordinating the flow of vehicle maintenance/repair/service work efficiently throughout the shop, ensuring deadlines are met:

• Regulate flow of vehicle maintenance/repair/service work to ensure timely completion
• Prioritize and dispatch work for the shop
• Schedule shop work for efficiency
• Maintain shop capacity, efficiency, and productivity
• Assign work to Technicians based on availability and skill set
• Monitor vehicle repair progress
• Review repair orders completed by Technicians
• Ensure accuracy of warranty time allotments; prepare warranty claims/invoices
• Communicate completion times with Service Advisors

About you....

Ideal candidates will have:

• Three (3) years of experience scheduling work in an automotive maintenance facility/dealership
• Vehicle mechanical knowledge
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., CDK) and Microsoft Office software
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Commitment to quality of work
