Title - Front desk

Reports to:
Front Office Manager/General Manager

GSA Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests and visitors
Make reservation on the phone or/and assist walk-in guests
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages for appropriate party
Being responsible with incoming and outgoing mails (Receive letter or deliveries)
Keep guest information updated
Take up other duties as assigned by FOM
Must have reliabe transporation-bus is limited
Must be willing to work all Front Desk shifts: 7am-3pm, 12pm-8pm,1pm-9pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
Must be willing to work weekends
Must be willing to work holidays

$16.50
