We currently have a need for a
Product Manager for our Manufacturing division.

Working out of the Elmira, ON office, the
Product Manager is accountable for the development, implementation and management of products within assigned markets.


Primary/Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  • Consolidate Trylon's market, tech and pricing data collected to date and build a strong cross reference tool, catalogue, and customer specific price books, all of which align the product portfolio with current and future customer demand.
  • Work closely with Sales, participating in customer relationship builds and the achievement of new customer onboards as well as development of future customer demand.
  • Manage the changes to Trylon's website and catalog materials to include new products once developed.
  • Communicate with new accounts to ensure customer deliverables and expectations are met.
  • Deliver sales pipeline results to achieve sales growth targets.
  • Expand the breadth of Trylon's product portfolio in alignment with Trylon's market strategy.
  • Project Manage key accounts in key markets as assigned by the Director of Product Operations.
  • Drive development of new products for new markets by:
  • Support the launch of products for new markets as required.
  • Align market intelligence with product launches.
  • Manage Stock Product inventory and monitor Distributor inventories.
  • Develop promotional & marketing materials/campaigns.
  • Manage, monitor & analysis product pricing and margins.

Qualifications

  • Post Secondary Education
  • College or University degree in related field
  • Technical knowledge for structural steel and ability to read and interpret technical drawings of various industrial projects and cost estimation is an asset.
  • Prior experience in one of the following areas an asset:
  • Product Development
  • Distribution
  • Telecommunication
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- must possess the ability to work well with a variety of departments internal & external contacts.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc), Salesforce experience an asset.
