Description

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Collaborating with business managers/clients to assess training needs and performance gaps. Responsible for devising and providing post-training support to attendees of the training, in the form of coaching and mentoring.
  • Preparation, coordination and design of training courses.
  • Facilitation of training courses online to include the design of instructional materials for training designs and participant materials.
  • Set objectives and make recommendations for training courses.
  • Responsible for quality of training programs conducted; to make presentations and/or share reports on the impact of the training on the organization.
  • Work with/support the facilitators from business areas.
  • Guide facilitators/trainers from business areas on standard training processes.
  • Monitor the progress of training and help with logistics where feasible
  • Ensure that the contact centre training SharePoint site has the uptodate training materials.
  • Maintaining a training repository of online documentation and videos.
Description of Services

  • Participate in programs and projects where training needs are identified.
  • Preparation and facilitation of training courses both live and online to include the design of instructional materials for training designs and participant materials.
  • Creating proactive and responsive solutions to business needs
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in individual, team, business unit and organizational performance.

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
$60.00-$65.00 per hour
