JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate recipient.
- Accurately screen and forward incoming calls.
- Copy, scan, and file documents as needed.
- Ensures all office equipment is functioning properly, maintains and keeps inventory.
- Prepares correspondence, reports and memos with extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
- Contact printer maintenance vendor for printer issues.
- Assists with solving/troubleshooting problems as required and implement changes to maximize efficiencies.
- Document presentations and meetings.
- Administer assistance as needed across different departments. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling meetings, and coordinating communication between departments and with vendors, general office management and coordination of printed materials.
- Other administrative tasks may be assigned as needed.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 13 years previous experience as an administrative assistant, or in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience working with in Quality Control preferred.
- Experience working in medical device or a manufacturing environment preferred.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
$15.65-$28.58 per hour
