I am an aspiring customer service representative with a background in professional live-streaming and content creation, where I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. Worked as Retail Sales Associate at Al Maha Petroleum Products Marketing Company located in Muscat, Oman for thier 24/7 Establishments assisting 100+ customers on a weekly basis in an organized manner by paying strong attention to detail in the placement of orders, refunds and tailored specific communication skills towards helping customers make purchases of daily essential needs, new inventory, and products (June 2017 to July 2022).
2. Worked as Production Assistant Intern at Fortress Digital Solutions located in Muscat, Oman in roles and production process regarding Promotional Advertising Media & Print Merchandises (Jun 2022 to Jul 2022).
3. Worked as an E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist with Radial located in Mississauga, Ontario being assigned to the Gym-Shark brand for order fulfilment of thier products. Also handle the logistics and supply chain operations including reciept, storage, and distribuition of goods to and from the warehouse.
