17 years’ experience managing scientific research and experimental development (SR&ED) claims, including projects for: automated chemical testing systems, automation of food processing systems, software developed for control of automated systems as well as algorithms developed for machine learning based systems for monitoring and controlling wastewater treatment plants.
Worked with clients in a wide range of industries such as agriculture, food science, brewing, wineries, medical, life sciences, hydro power generation, wind power generation, chemical plating and metallurgy.
Supported business development colleagues in client calls and built relationships with clients to gain referrals to new SR&ED and grants clients, coaching clients to improve documentation and defend claims during audits.
