I am dedicated, hardworking Software Engineer having expertise in performing a wide variety of complex technical tasks. Ability to manage complaints and provide assistance in resolving issues. I have Experience in object-oriented programming, designing, developing, testing and debugging of code. I am able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a willingness to take the initiative and solve complex problems. I am looking to secure a challenging position in a reputable organization to increase my learnings, knowledge, and skills.

I have worked as a technical support analyst in a telecommunications company jazz for 3 years where I provided technical support to customers regarding home internet related problems. It is the biggest telecommunications company in Pakistan. Then in my next role i worked as junior software developer in a software house technosofts where we developed software from scratch starting from requirement gathering to development to testing , to end product delivery to customer and my last and most recent role I am serving as a technical support analyst in lemon tree tech consultancy, so about lemon tree tech solutions we provide technical support to companies that outsource their it department ,they are basically smaller companies and dont have enough resources to manage their it department  and we handle their it department on their behalf. I deal with tickets using their ticket management software which is ServiceNow. So people who have problems with their computers, or having their accounts locked so I would go in the active directory to change their password , or make new accounts or modify their information or modify their access to certain shares. Or any other hardware or software related issues a client had I tried to fix it.

I have done bachelors in software engineering from one of the top 500 universities in the world. . For my professional skills development I have recently completed it infrastructure course from humber college where we are got  professional training in VMware, Redhat linux, Cloud infrastructutre, Ccna routing and switching and It security.
