At Mold-Rite Plastic Injection Molding, I worked as a Quality Technician and later stepped into a Quality Lead role. I was responsible for overseeing quality control throughout the production process, from in-process inspections to final product evaluations. My role involved conducting root cause analysis for defects, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. I collaborated closely with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement efforts and participated actively in daily production meetings. Additionally, I trained new operators, maintained audit-ready documentation, and contributed to internal quality audits to uphold high manufacturing standards.
