As a Team Member (Siebel CRM Application Developer), my role involves designing
and implementing processes that are in scope for my project. I have also worked on design, development and implementation of Siebel products as well as designed and delivered macro design documents for entities in scope.

Project Experience

Accomplishments:
• Worked closely with clients, IBM counterparts and with team mates to achieve the delivery dates successfully, in spite of short, tight deadlines.
• Improved knowledge of HTML, XML, Siebel and other web technologies by working in development works of the project and with self-learning interest. 
• Created the Micro Design in the Assets module of the Order Management Lifecycle. Processes designed include creation of new Quote, or Order from an existing Asset, modification of existing Assets and also various processes related to disconnection of an asset.
• Successfully deployed a Task UI during development of prototypes, also improving the Scoring functionality for quotes via workflows.
• Actively participated in discussions with on-site teammates and other design team members during the Micro Design phase to understand and analyze the requirements. Provided suggestions and raised many queries to ensure that the design work is of high quality.
• Performed Unit testing for all the objects built. 
• Reviewed the entire functionality post build, raising defects wherever concerns were found. Proactively discussed with team mates about their solutions to understand how they could be implemented most efficiently.
