• A proficient and highly resourceful warehouse associate with extensive experience in shipping and receiving materials, components and parts. Ensuring that all material is identified and placed in a signed location.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials and compare them to purchase order to make sure they match.
• Manage outbound and inbound operations to ensure that products are correctly prepared and labeled and that inventory transactions are accurately recorded.
• Hands on experience of maintaining and organizing all materials in the yard for the fabrication shop, putting materials as requested and maintaining traceability.
• Administer return material authorization processes with purchasing and vendors.
• Practice and enforce product traceability.
• Work alongside the yard supervisor and other yard personnel such as fitters, welders and product testers to meet job requirements.
• Communicate with vendors regarding outstanding materials to understand and schedule potential delivery dates, communicate with the fabrication shop manager about incoming and/or delayed materials.
• Performed dimensional inspection of incoming products per the PO requirements.
• Routinely manage daily activities such as follow ups with the vendors for submitting our Ex - consultants, or further follow up for interviews or offers or for new positions for other consultants.
