I have over five years experience in financial crimes and Anti-money laundering (AML)/ countering Terrorist Financing (CFT) compliance. Also proficient in KYV, CDD, EDD, name screening and Transaction monitoring review. I am an effective communicator and a goal getter. I am very passionate about my work,  very proactiv  and always willing to learn new things 

 I perform end-to-end investigation and determine if there are reasonable ground to suspect (RGS) for Money laundering/Terrorist financing suspicion and identifies reportable transactions for ease of reporting to FINTRAC. I perform reviews for AML alerts, case Investigations and customer due diligence.  I conduct sanctions and PEP screening  and updates the bank's systems and databases with the customer's most recent AML/KYC . I perform client risk scoring,  KYC documentation reviews for on boarding new clients. I also use risk-based approach to determine if continuing a relationship with a customer would fall outside of the bank's risk appetite, recommending to either retain or de-market the client. 

I currently work for AMLRightsource and previously work for Scotiabank, World Financial Group, Navigant Consulting, CIBC. 

I have B.sc in Banking and Finance, MBA Human resource management  and Financia   Intelligence Specialist (FIS) certification
