  • Install, repair, and maintain desktop/laptop, point of sale equipment, printers, monitors, and entertainment systems.
  • Perform hardware break-fix services on PCs, laptops, network printers, and servers.
  • Conduct IMAC (installs, moves, add, changes) services: hardware roll-outs, refreshes, and other hardware deployment-related activities.
  • Handle software installation/support/upgrades.
  • Provide deskside support services installing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Perform basic LAN and internetworking related activities.
  • Respond to and update calls from our National Dispatch/Call Management Center.
  • Certify or upgrade your skillset as required when new customers or technology is introduced.

I hold an A+ Certification and possess vendor certifications from OEMs such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Toshiba.
