I am an experienced business system analyst with over nine years of expertise in business analysis, process reengineering, and enterprise IT and business process transformation projects. Currently, I serve as a business process analyst at the Midwives Association of British Columbia, where I lead project planning, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and oversee process transformation initiatives.
