I am an experienced business system analyst with over nine years of expertise in business analysis, process reengineering, and enterprise IT and business process transformation projects. With a strong background in financial services, HR/payroll business transformation, and project management, I excel in gathering and documenting requirements, conducting performance analysis, and driving operational efficiencies through business process improvement.

Currently, I serve as a business process analyst at the Midwives Association of British Columbia, where I lead project planning, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and oversee process transformation initiatives. Previously, I worked as a senior business analyst at Pacific Community Resources Society, contributing to system implementations, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making. My experience also includes roles as a system business analyst and IT business analyst at First Registrars & Investors Services Limited, where I developed process automation solutions and enhanced business workflow efficiencies.

I hold an MBA in business administration from University Canada West, an MSc in microbiology from University of Lagos, Nigeria, and a BSc in microbiology from Igbinedion University Okada, Benin City, Nigeria. Additionally, I am a certified Scrum Master (CSM), with strong expertise in Agile-Scrum, Jira, Kanban, ERP (SAP HCM), and business intelligence tools such as Visio and Lucid.
