Experience

  • Supported the Manager in developing and implementing budgeting and reporting procedures for new or updated mobile accessories products and services, aimed at delivering accurate and timely financial data and feedback to both the Manager and the providers. This initiative resulted in a 15% increase in sales and improved customer satisfaction.
  • Created operational procedures to ensure the smooth operation of new or revised mobile accessories products and services, while also ensuring provider compliance with agreements and contracts with the shop. This involved tasks such as researching and analyzing existing procedures and product manuals, reviewing alternatives, and drafting procedures to reflect changes in products and services. This effort improved the shop's operations by 20%, enhancing efficiency and quality by providing clear and consistent guidance and support to both providers and the Manager.
  • Performed research and analysis on various aspects of the shop’s core functions, as assigned; for instance, collected and organized information for the Manager in preparation for negotiation of new agreements with mobile accessories providers. Later on, contributed to the successful negotiation of 10 new agreements with high-quality and reliable providers, resulting in a remarkable 25% increase in the shop’s revenue and fostering enhanced customer loyalty.
  • Helped and support to the shop staff on budget and financial matters, e.g., helped the Manager in reviewing financial data and identifying and investigating discrepancies, and provided support in developing in-year funding proposals/requests.
  • Verified and processed the financial transactions of various mobile accessories providers, as assigned, e.g., checked the payment reports and activities for accuracy against the agreed payment schedules, and detected and resolved any errors or issues that might affect the shop’s budget and cash flow, and escalated them to the Manager.
  • Monitored and evaluated the performance of various mobile accessories providers according to the agreements and contracts with the shop, e.g., checked and analyzed their sales reports, inventory data, customer feedback, etc. to ensure that they met the quality and service standards, and reported any issues or risks to the Manager.
  • Assisted in the marketing of mobile accessories products and services with potential providers, e.g., by answering questions from customers and clients seeking information about the shop’s products and services and by following up on issues as appropriate.
