• Develop and optimize the production process for thin films in a large volume production. designs/develops coatings for new products, Thin film technology knowledge and actively contribute to the development of processes for new ,or modify old process. • Develop a new thin film manufacturing processes definition of DOE’s, characterization of layers. • Support and guide the development and industrialization of deposition technologies for extremely thin layers. • Effectively use characterization methods to measure/characterize thin films during the stages of the manufacturing process and correlate analysis results with the product performance. Supports optical design engineers and R&D department. • Evaluation of the product performance of the coatings by environmental testing and its performance • High knowledge level on Thin film technology and materials (properties, processing, interfaces, characterization, metrology). • Ability to cover process development ranging from research phase, development phase, pilot production to ramp up in high volume production. Perform detailed vacuum system characterization which will include optical coating evaluation • Experience in PVD processes including electron beam, IAD, sputter processes. • Experience designing a variety of coatings, including anti-reflective, high reflectors, beam splitters, filters and laser coatings • Adept at designing various wavebands, including visible, Near Infrared, Midinfrared, and Long-wave infrared.

Expertise in the Evaporation sources ( Electron Beam Gun Source {E.B.G}or Thermal source (Low Voltage) with the help of (ION Source Gun Filament (IAD) - Glow discharge).Good knowledge in the use of sensors on the thin layer on the surface (OMS –Xtal). • Substrate preparation, critical cleaning and preparing lenses for the process coating. • Spectral measurements such as Perkin Elmer & ARTA Instrument Lambada 900&950 for UV Viable NIR. • Create Reports to the direct manager. Assistant inspector of inspection and quality reports. • Ability to work in Clean room &Analyses and documents the experimental results. • Stabilizes and improves existing production processes. Develops and implements new processes .create planes coating. • Create requirement specifications for machines and equipment for production of new products • Solves coating production problems by working with the production team technicians to ensure preparation and reviews of coating designs. and Training technicians &Test & Inspection Requirements.
