My past working experiences have taught me valuable customer service skills as well as provided me with sales and problem-solving experience. Operations Management was the right choice for me because of my strive for solving challenges related to business as well as my ability to communicate solutions effectively.

As an experienced professional in the grocery industry and sales field, I have developed a strong skillset in customer service, sales, and marketing. My background includes 2 part-time positions in the grocery industry, where I gained valuable experience in managing inventory, product placement, and customer relations.

In addition, I have worked as a Wine Sales Representative, where I utilized my sales expertise to grow the business and build relationships with clients. I also have experience as a Digital Advertising and Sales Coordinator, where I honed my skills in digital marketing, content creation, and sales coordination.

Overall, my diverse experience in various sales and customer service roles has allowed me to develop a strong ability to connect with customers and clients, and drive results through effective communication and marketing strategies.

As a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, my academic focus has been on Operations Management. Throughout my educational experience, I have also taken classes in Marketing, Operations, and Business Strategy.
