Ice Technician

•  Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the facility and all systems, Cleaning of Dressing rooms, Public Washrooms and Public Areas, 
• Required to be available to patrons at all times while on duty and to interact with patrons in a professional, courteous, and responsive manner, and ensures all ice pads are resurfaced according to facility schedules.

• Performed repairs and preventative maintenance and refurbish fixtures and furniture.
•  Monitored and performed test systems as necessary to hotel’s fire alarm/life safety system.  Minor repairs to all electrical systems in hotel. Maintained all tools and equipment.
•  Maintained up-to-date emergency plan.  Inspects fire protection systems and complete and keep current evacuation plans for guests and employees, and maintains written emergency procedures for fire, power failures, water and gas line ruptures, and severe weather conditions.
•  Accompany of inspectors, insurance reps, local fire marshal on inspections of property. Maintained list of contractors and controlled activities of contractors and enforce safe work practices. Log security incidents and accidents. (44hr+/wk)
