About Aiea Mansour:
As a Biotechnologist with a Master of Science in Biotechnology from McGill University, I have a passion for cellular, molecular, and developmental biology, and a keen interest in oncology and immunology. I have developed a versatile skill set crossing various research techniques, such as assay development and validation, molecular biology, and bioinformatics, and I have demonstrated the ability to navigate diverse projects and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Most recently, I was a Research Associate at Providence Therapeutics, where I led the development and validation of critical assays for evaluating mRNA therapeutics and their lipid nanoparticle delivery systems. I also played a key role in mRNA and pDNA production, ensuring high-quality construct generation. Previously, I contributed to vaccine testing and development initiatives at Nexelis and biomarker selection and assay validation efforts at Forbius, delivering accurate and reliable results that supported the advancement of therapeutic development. I also have experience in research, laboratory management, and project coordination, and I have authored multiple scientific publications and presentations. I am organized, efficient, and a quick learner, and I bring a blend of science and communication skills to my work.
