I've been a pharmacy assistant for 25 years, and I take immense pride in my work. I'm incredibly committed to my employers, and I've honed my skills to be highly detail-oriented and punctual. Going the extra mile is second nature to me, and I'm known for providing excellent customer care. I also excel at training others in this field and readily adapt to changes in the pharmacy environment. Dealing with difficult customers is a challenge I handle well, with a knack for de-escalating confrontations when necessary.

I began my educational journey with on-the-job training at Shoppers Drug Mart, where I earned certification as a Pharmacy Assistant and am currently employed. In my first years concurrently, I pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Guelph, majoring in criminal justice and public policy, with a minor in child studies. Upon completing my degree in 2003, I realized that a career in the pharmaceutical field aligned better with my interests. 

Over the past 25 years, I have consistently expanded my knowledge and skills through various courses and seminars in the medical and medicinal field. I'm enthusiastic about the prospect of continuous learning and self-improvement, eagerly embracing new opportunities for education in my future endeavors.
