• Create lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate and in line with expectations and objectives for education.
• Monitoring and evaluating the growth and developmental achievements of every child.
• Establishing open and effective communication channels with parents/guardians.
• Maintaining accurate records of daily attendance for all enrolled children.
• Supervising children during meal times to promote good eating habits, table manners, and social skills.
• Serving meals and snacks at scheduled times 
• Provide parents with an insight into their child's experiences and accomplishments by sharing pictures and videos of the activities.  

• Adapting teaching methods and materials to meet students' diverse learning needs and abilities.
• Establishing and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Providing constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and development
• Answering questions from parents as soon as possible and taking care of any potential problems or concerns.
• Providing emotional support and guidance to students to promote their social-emotional development and well-being.
