  • 4 years plus experience in IT Support
  • PC assembling and repair
  • Troubleshooting, repairs, servicing, and maintenance of Computer systems, Monitors, Printers, and Electronic Devices
  • Working as a Client Systems Support, supporting all end-user systems and applications bank-wide, ensuring licensing compliance and up-to-date software on all client systems bank-wide, and effectively coordinating the provisions of prompt IT support services within the bank and preventing impedance to service delivery.
  • Branch Support (providing support for all branches and coordination of IT-related projects and deployment across branches.)
  • Hardware Vendor Management.
  • Provide training to new hires and branch support staff
  • Excellent communication (spoken & written) and presentation skills.
  • Resourceful and results-orientated individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Possesses a positive approach to problem-solving through advanced critical thinking.
  • Organized, detailed, focused, and driven to meet given deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experienced with Problems, Incidents, and Change (ITSM)
