About Ajurii Wokoma:
Hello, I'm Ajurii Wokoma, a dedicated Kinesiology student in Edmonton, Alberta. I'm enthusiastic about applying my technical skills and time management abilities to real-world challenges.
During my time as a Research Assistant Intern at the University of Alberta, I utilized motion-capturing software to conduct research on healthcare technology trends. Prior to this, I worked as a Physiotherapist Assistant at Granville Physiotherapy, where I developed strong communication skills and learned the importance of ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, I gained hands-on experience as a Team Trainer at Maple Leaf Athletic Club, where my responsibilities included creating workout plans and administering first aid to athletes. I am a proactive researcher and have contributed to projects such as the KIN CASE COMPETITION. My skill set includes injury management, project planning, and critical thinking. I am currently working towards obtaining my CSEP-CPT certification.
