I have experience as a CAD/CAM Design Engineer at HIROTEC India Private Limited from 2019-2022 where I created NC surfaces for Hemming and Stamping Dies, developed 3D and 2D NC cutter paths, prepared tool lists, planned clamping locations, and machine setup for effective machining, and determined cutter selection and cutting parameters to achieve desired tolerance and finish. I also optimized 2D trim line profile curves to improve the quality of machined trim and flange punches, developed new strategies to improve machining quality and reduce machining time, standardized common techniques and procedures, and implemented a training program for young employees in the field of CAM design. Prior to this, I worked as a Trainee Engineer at HIROTEC India Private Limited from 2018-2019 where I observed the process involved in the field of die design, manufacturing, assembly, integration, and quality, operated overhead cranes of 30 tons capacity to relocate dies, used various gauges and jigs, learned and incorporated new manufacturing techniques, and became proficient in various software used for programming.
