I am thrilled at the opportunity to apply for the full-time position with Lockheed Martin. I welcome the chance to work with you and your team. I believe that my current interests in strong commitment to customer service, and in process improvement make me an ideal candidate to help deliver your programs and services. As an Administrative Assistant, I can assure you of my professionalism, friendliness, and time effective response to issues on a prioritized basis. I believe that we should work smarter, not harder; therefore, I am big on being proactive rather than reactive. I have bilingual experience with customer service with my three seasonal work experience with Mont Cascade Ski hill and in my present work. I have experience with difficult clients. I am familiar with Microsoft Office suite from school and my past and present work. I am available to work after 2 weeks notice and I have my own mean of transportation (car).

Experience

Welcoming parents, children, personnel and suppliers • Greeting visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer • Maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems • Managing access between educators and parents for Class Dojo • Answering telephone calls, taking messages, relay telephone calls and listening to voice mails • Responding to electronic enquiries via email • Using office equipment like facsimile machines, printers, photocopiers, and computers • Handling basic bookkeeping tasks • Compiling data, statistics and other information to support activities of the daycare • Maintaining client’s personal information in proper classrooms • Maintaining record of mail for parents interested in a spot for the daycare • Helping with the cocreation of the weekly menu and newsletter • Updating excel spreadsheet on children and parents • Responsible for the well-being of the staff and children • Record keeping of personnel first aid and police record • Reviewing camera system for anomaly daily • Order office supplies, maintain inventory
