20 yrs experience operating on the client side as well as the general mechanical contractor side, bulk of which with the latter. 
 

Early career saw me for the first two years as a schedule/estimator/project coordinator. Last 15 years approximately being in the formation and administration of subcontracts varying in value from $20K to $20M, short term service and consultancy agreements to multiple year MSAs For design build, fabrication, installation, etc. Module Fabrication, Steelworks, equipment maintenance, and civil earthworks.  Administration involved progressing and handover to turnover documentation.
