I am having about twenty one years of experience as a Civil Engineer Construction execution Engineer, Development Engineer and Contracts Engineer on various projects e.g. constructions of Substations, utilities laying works, cable works, water lines, FOC etc, road works and office building.
Performed Technical Evaluation of Tenders, Different WSO Performed activities e.g. project specifications study, Review Approval of drawings, Preparation of Scope of Construction Activities along with BOQ of Works, materials testing, QA and QC Engineer. Planning of Activities and Resources, Supervise the Construction activities at site, subcontractors and suppliers evaluations.
Coordination Meeting with Client, Consultant, Contractor Sub Contractor and Planning department for project progress monitoring on weekly monthly basis for Project Progress Quality and Follow ups with corrective and preventive actions.
Actions on non-confirming reports, maintaining list of approved sub contractors,vendors. Weekly, monthly productivity reports and implementation of safe practices at site.
