My approach involves collaborating closely with all stakeholders to assess needs, designing engaging workshops and lesson plans, and conducting thorough evaluations to ensure continuous improvement. 

As a parent of a Special Needs adult with Autism, has helped me adapt my teaching style to the individual learning modalities of the student. 

My commitment to lifelong learning and clear communication skills in English has enabled me to effectively convey complex information and inspire learning in diverse environments
